We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

2. Return Address

Returns should only be sent to the return address provided by our support team after your return request has been approved.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

4. Change of Mind Returns

If you changed your mind or no longer want the product, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer

Items returned without approval

Items not in a returnable condition

Gift cards, if applicable

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank account or card statement. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

9. Order Cancellations

We can only cancel orders before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the item.

10. Shipping Delays

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

A delayed shipment does not automatically qualify for a refund if the order is still in transit and tracking shows movement.
